While we do our best to ensure price accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (including shipping address and payment details) is accurate and valid. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:

  • The item being out of stock;
  • Incorrect pricing;
  • Suspected fraud or inaccurate information.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery window of 8–13 business days. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or weather disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

You have 32 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Returns are accepted only for issues attributable to us, including manufacturing defects, damage during transit, incorrect products, or items not matching their description. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed procedures.
