1. Shipping Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (U.S.).
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Costs
We use trusted carriers like UPS and USPS. Shipping time is calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Estimated shipping time: 7–10 business days
Cost: $6.99 (flat rate)
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total time for your order to be delivered is a combination of processing time and shipping time.
Total estimated delivery time: 8–13 business days (1–3 days for processing + 7–10 days for shipping).
4. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
While we always strive for timely delivery, certain external factors can affect shipping times:
- Geographical distance: Delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse to your location.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Carrier delays or issues.
- High-volume shopping periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas, which can lead to carrier overload.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the Order Tracking page of our website.
Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
6. Other Important Shipping Information
Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with detailed photos of the package and the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Lost packages: If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 5 business days in case of an unforeseen delay. If you still have not received your package after this time, please contact us for assistance.
