A. About Our Product
1. How is the lamp powered? Does it need batteries or a power cord?
Our lamp is powered by a USB cable. You can plug it into any USB wall charger, a computer, or a power bank. The product comes with a standard USB cable, making it easy to use anywhere.
2. Does the lamp have an automatic timer function?
Currently, our crystal lamps do not have a timer function. You'll need to turn the lamp on and off manually using the switch on the cable.
3. Does the product require special maintenance?
It's very simple. You just need to wipe the crystal ball and wooden base with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners to prevent damage to the surface.
B. About Orders & Shipping
1. How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders. The shipping fee will be shown in your cart and on the checkout page.
2. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number shortly after your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on our website, specifically on the Order Tracking page.
3. What should I do if the product is damaged during shipping?
We pack our products with great care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if your product is damaged, please take photos and email them to us immediately. We will promptly send you a free replacement or issue a refund if the product is out of stock.
4. Can I exchange or return an item?
We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of you receiving the product if the error is on our end (the product doesn't match the description, a wrong item was sent, or it's damaged during shipping).
